He has held senior positions in some of the leading global law-firms and “Big4” in Europe, US (New York) and South-East Asia. His last position was as partner of prestigious law-firm Baker & McKenzie in their Myanmar office, covering clients in the greater region.
Strong connections into the art world, not only through collecting art himself but also serving as Chairman of the Members Group of Bergen Art Museum and leading the Group’s acquisition committee for the Museum.
Extensive network in Asia from working regionally for more than 10 years. Among Mr. Borge’s contacts and clients in the region are many prominent investors and art collectors.

Ivar Borge has background from more than 20 years of strategy consulting as partner and leader in a global consultancy firm, heading numerous projects including leading complex international teams for global clients. Since 2018 serving full times as investor, board professional and entrepreneur.
Extensive interest and professional experience from the field of art including strategy advisor for art museums, orchestras, music festivals etc.
With strong ability for execution, Mr. Borge is involved with most of the deals managed by LX Fine Arts, securing closing of the physical and financial transactions.
